Thread: Rend Lake 12-02-08

Went today and struggled only had 12. If you can find the right place they are there but finding that right place might take all day. I have tried to stay away from the bridges this year, but might have to go back if it stays like this. I think the temp changes have got them messed up a bit or maybe its me!!

Hey Esf you got the wrong date, but if you went this morning you are tough, I set in a deer stand this morning bout froze to death. How did you keep your hands warm? If the deer huntin don't pic up I may go fishin Friday. Was there ice around the Ramp? Looked like nice fish.

Nice catch Greg. Still better than being at work. I didn't go huntin this morning, I had to cape that deer out and I have to work this afternoon. I am taking the muzzle loader out in the morning before I go to work. Off Saturday and Sunday and going to take my boys hunting. I hope I can get my oldest boy on a nice buck. If not we will settle with doing what we can with the herd population. We still have the muzzle loader season to go also so it's not like we don't have a chance.
