Thread: Shelbyville 12-02-2008

Was on the water by 7 am at wilborn. Fished till 1:30 and was one ten inch fish from a limit. Fish was very slow from the last time out. By the looks of the weather forecast it will probably be the last time out for me. Also FYI they pulled the courtesy dock at wilburn.

Not bad for a windy day but there still is a lot of good days before it freezes . Don't give up yet .

Sounds like you got in on the tail end--I would think this weather now will put most of us out of business-- Kevins tough ,he can catch them dudes in 0 temps----makes me cold just to think about it-

Frank, Fish21759, yes the weather is puttin the hurt to shelbville. And by the looks of the 10 day forcast, it doesn't get any better... I am planning on a trip before christmas to Kentucky Lake, Paris Landing. I stay at Fishtale Lodge and the folks there are super nice, rooms are nice with everything very close.
And the crappie are huge! Always a good time down there.... LSG can vouch for me there......

Nice catch, good way to end a season.
