Default B Day and 1st Deer

I took my 10 year old nephew tonight, he dropped this doe at 55 yards dead. He was very excitied, I know I won't forget the look on his face this was his 1st deer. We saw a nice 8 pt before this one but it was in the brush.

Congrats to your nephew. I remember my first deer. It was a 90lb button buck. That was back in the day when you got your name in the local paper for even doing such!
