    Default More Ohio River Fish

These aint crappie but they might eat ok. These fish were caught Thursday in 20 MPH winds, me and my boat took a beating. Soon as I get off work I'll be ready to go again.

Crappie are number two in my book - right behind walleye/sauger.

never had either one had always heard that wallaye where really good, never heard peaople talk about eating them. Used to see people catch them below KY dam while i was cat fishing with my grand pa, that was in the summer time. Back in the mid 80's

I would also have to put walleye/sauger in front of crappie as far as those tasty morsals go! But I still love those crappie!! 17th street bbq used to have a real good walleye sandwich!!:D

I agree with Birdman.... Yellow perch are number one. Crappie & Walley are a tie. Great Catch Huck Finn..... thx for sharing.
