Thread: crab 11-7

Fished for about 3 1/2 hours Friday afternoon. The wind was blowing the whole time. We keep 31, all over 9 inches, about 10 were 10 inches or better. The bite was crazy, my bother in law and I figured we caught 150 to get our keepers. It started getting old taking the little ones off the hook. We were using 1/16 oz jigs. He went to 1/8 oz the last 1/2 hour and caught some of the bigger fish. Put the boat away for the winter and going to start hunting.

What put the boat away, now what taste better crappie or wild game.

you're right about what tastes better. I'd rather eat a bunch of fillets than duck or deer. It's just a lot of fun to hunt um. i won't be getting down that way for a while. best of luck fishing
