Not huge, but not too bad for this year. Also, to add some perspective, I'm 6'6", so the fish are a little bigger than they look in the pics.

Here are a couple from kinkaid. The first one was from spring the other was from this winter. Both were about 2.75.

Man guys these are all some really nice crappie!! Nice walleye too luke!

Here is dads from canada it went 2.10 I believe, released to swim another day.
