Thread: Rend Lake 1-12

Me and Chad went to rend today and I brought home 21 that were pretty nice. I had my limit of ten over ten. It was a good day. The water was around 44, and I can tell the lake has came up some.

Nice slabs for sure! I sure wish we caught a bunch like those today. Sucks not havin a motor. Keep the pics comin!

i just filled my fryer up with new oil so bring them on up here lol

I knew I should have taken a half day off and hit the lake. It was way to nice to be workin.

X, Yes we caught them of sets I'm going to go again today and try some different ones. I found some sets on the south end earlier this summer I think I will try them out today. I don't no if they will pay of or not but going to give it a try.

Nice catch FL... that limit you have on Rend sure would mess with my head Glad to see the water still in the 40's. I think we our going to freeze up again here this week.

I,m sure the lake will freeze---I,ve been froze for some time --

We had a couple of real cold nights and it put a skim of ice on the lake, but it did'nt last long. I am sure we will get some ice before its all over we do every year.
