Thread: Rend today

Here is a few Charlie and I caught today at Rend. Nothing huge but all good eaters. The biggest were probably 3/4 lbs. Caught a lot of fish but these were the keepers we brought home.
Clint and I went yesterday and had another good mess of fish but no pictures.

Way to go CX... It is always a added bonus to be able to heat up the grease in January Didn't make it to the lake yesterday but will try today, if the lake didn't freeze last night, does anyone have any information to share about this situation.

Good catch X, I guess the permits are filled if your back on the water. Will there be deer sausage at the camp ground this year? Because I never went, first year I have'nt been since I started bow hunting.

It's not been long since I have been on the water, I just didn't post any pictures for quite a while because of some conflict with a few people. But I'm not going to let that crap bother me.
Hey Fingerlicken I'm like you this is the first year I have not bow hunted much in all the years that I have been bow hunting. I think I went a total of about 6 times this year. I just felt like I needed a break this year. Me and my boys did enough hunting during all the firearms seasons with our muzzle loaders. My oldest still has a permit for the late season so that will be it for us this year. But as far a sausage two of my buddies had their deer done in sausage so I will be bummin from them for a while. I just gave all our deer away. I know people that need the meat more than me so they got it. I still have some good deer steaks in the freezer.
My boys got .243 rifles for Christmas and they are itchin to shoot some coyotes this winter. So between my fishn and taken them huntin I will be busy.

Hey X, we where coming home the other night down log cabin road had 2 red foxes run out in front of us, they were together also. Thats the first time I have seen a red fox on that road, and we have been traveling it for years.

they look great scott ill go with you when i can you know i work hard lol. but i dont have any fish so i need to go.O and im read to shot some coyotes with something. i can get a gun ill call you love you guys.
