Thread: Rend Lake 1-10-08

Me and a buddy went to Rend today and ended up with eighteen. Slower than it was yesterday but had a cold front along with rain, not a fun day weather wise. I was pretty happy to end up with eighteen though. Caught them in five to seven foot of water. Water temp was around 44 or 45 degrees.:D

you are making me jealous! Another nice lookin bag ESF! Got a game tomorrow night then practice saturday morning then heading to the lake! Hopefully get me some...(have to use the trolling motor so hope they are stacked on the few places we can fish!)
I wonder what our water temp is if you have 44-45, we had 4 inches of ice on saturday at the pond i checked. Crappieken you know what the temp is?

Birdman - It was running between 39 to 40 degrees around Coal Shaft and Bo Woods area yesterday.

Nice job ESF... I know it is hard to stay out there when the weather is nasty. I'm going to try to get on the water sometime today.

Hey ESF, you ended up with a nice mess yesterday. Charlie gave Clint and I his 11 that he had and it made our total 35 so it ended up being a decent day with the weather we had.
