I was curious if anyone is catching anything below the spillway?

A friend of mine fished there yesterday and today and said there was little action. He said there were three boats in the river as well as people on the bank and he did not see anything caught. He tried for both muskie and crappie both days.

I was there yesterday and in the three hours that I was there not even a buffalo was snagged. I still am not seeing any Muskie nor signs of them. Plenty of bait as the seagulls are going nuts. Maybe the gill desease that hit them last summer was worse than they thought because there just isn't any fish. I am done and if the weather cooperates after drawdown I will be back in boat.

wish it would stay warm a week or so longer then i know i could get a few at mingo ...
