Arrrived at 7:00 and fished until 4:00 and still no Muskie. About twenty guys and two girls besides myself and saw none caught. I did however have a ball on the buffalo. Landed 11 and had three times that many on. Hard to get them in with the current. They pull off pretty easy. Biggest about 20 lbs. Most around 8-10 lbs. Three-quarter ounce jig and a four-inch shad body. Pearl white was better than chartreuse. A regular down there told me that during the summer the Muskie got hit by a disease and a ton of them died. All I know is that you don't see the fish porpusing nor do you see very many being caught. With all the fisherman down there today surely somebody would have caught one. That is my third trip since December 17th and skunked on Muskie. Packing the boat for Paris Landing tomorrow. Out of here at 4:00 AM Friday back Monday.
