went to lake clinton fished the dewitt bridge got 1 crappie 3 whites.. left there after bout 2 hours went to 48 bridge, got 12 whites there still no crappie there.. was bout to go home around 1:30 but seen these 3 guys catfishing just hauling one in after another. i went and talked to them they were using shad bellys, so i went and caught me some shad and rigged up for cats. caught bout 45-50 or so between 2-5 pounds in bout 3 hours....had fun

no just sems up till this week was better luck from shore bu wind was coming from wrong direction and was too light.... the brdges seem to do good with north wnds blown bout 15-20 .. it was out of south about 10 mph yesterday

Fished the laydown South of Dewitt bridge last saturday. Four nice Blacks and a 16" Walleye. The Crappie were in less than 4 ft. deep.

Weather on Sunday wasn't fit for man nor beast. I don't miss the wind in Illinois.

Had a good time though.
