I caught a few Sat.pm. at Banner Marsh. Caught on an 1/8oz. black and chartreuse beetle spin which has been very good to me this spring. Mostly small, black males up next to laydowns, but a few larger females out a little deeper. Eggs small, I think it will be a couple of weeks before they actually spawn. Picture of two of the big ones. One 13.5 and one 12.5. Talked to a guy that said he had caught and released several 2.5# females earlier in the week.
