No, like big fish pot. Smallest fish brought to the scale wins. This fish does not need to be included in your 7 biggest fish, or big fish contest.
Say you catch a 4" crappie, throw it in the live-well and enter it in the smallest fish challenge. You still weigh your 7 biggest fish and single biggest fish.
