Thread: sangchris?

any reports? gonna be down tehre tomorrow in my brothers white triton..stop and say hi if anyone goes out..

Are you just using your trolling motor or you got a smaller gas motor you use on your Triton for Sangchris? Alway wondered what the rules were. Do you have to keep the big motor tilted out of the water?

no you don't have to keep the motor tilted and you can use your big motor to put the boat on and off the trailer. good luck

Well we only had 5 keepers today, caught prolly 15..need a 25 horse motor--trolling motor wont get ya anywhere...the ones we did catch were slabs, the otehrs were all around 9-9 3/4..nic eday, need a different boat setup for that lake...

Sangchris can be hit and miss,because of the plant not running all the time. I bought the my 25 horse because of Sangchris, but I also use it at Lake Bloomington and Evergreen. Did you guys get a water temp reading at the east ramp or around the mouth of the hot water. Thanks Rick

east ramp 48 degrees..when we found em they were bitin..just couldnt go far with a trolling motor...

you betcha, 25 hp limit..huge lake, just not very wide

rick and i went out today and got two limits. anywhere from 5 to 10 foot. temps from 54 to 56. half were females nice size to about 8 of them. caught about 20 more, good day for the cold and wind and found some new spots. will post pics later

hot ditch im guessin with the water temp? them suckers there are some heavy fish I will say that much..
