TO PREVIEW, GET INFO AND DOWNLOAD THE ORDER FORM. JUST CLICK ON THE MENU DROP "ILLINOIS CDC APPAREL". SHORT SLEEVE, LONG SLEEVE AND SWEATSHIRTS ARE AVAILABLE. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS DON'T HESITATE TO GET A HOLD OF US. WE WILL TAKE ORDERS THRU 1-31-10 AND THE SHIRTS SHOULD BE OUT FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 2 TO 3 WEEKS FROM THAT DATE.

We have had a few questions about colors. All three styles will be available in white and light gray. The gray is the color shown on the website. Contact us if you guys have more comments or questions.

I notice below the actual order form there is a listing for prices on sweatshirts and long sleeve t's....but those items are not on the actual order form. What do we do if we want to order a sweatshirts or long sleeve t's if there is no category for them on the order form? Also...it says the t's come in white and grey....are these also the same 2 colors for the sweatshirts and long sleeve t's?

Carp--Just fill in the order form and add up your own total..We did not know how many everyone wanted of each..So like I said, fill out your own order form with quantity, size, color, etc...just write in if you want a sweatshirt, long sleeve t-shirt or regular t-shirt...let us know if this makes sense

ok makes sense...do the sweatshirts also come in white and grey or are there other colors? Ill fill out my order this evening. I may not want my screenname printed on it though....outside of this website others make look at me a little funny. haha.

yep, white or gray for sweatshirts...no other colors..those 2 are the best obviously when it comes to the red, white, blue on the illinois logo...just fill it out and if we ahve questions we know how to get a hold of ya...
