    Default GPS's

I have a GPS now which works fine, but I would like one where I can type in the GPS cords. and they show up on the screen. Right now when I get a waypoint i sit on the front of my boat like a idiot trying to find the exact point when the cords. show up so I can mark the spot. The unit I have now is a handheld and would like to stay with a handheld unit. If anyone knows of a unit which you can type the cords. in on it please let me know.

    Thanks Rooster

Garmin E-trex is pretty easy to use. I don't type cords in, I get close to where the waypoint is and choose "go to nearest" from menu and I see a list of all saved waypoints starting with the closest. Helps if ya name a few waypoints instead of just doin a quick save that only assigns a number.
I have heard that Magellan may be goin out of business, ya might find one of them on clearance soon.

My GPS I have does that now once I mark the spot and save it. I was looking for one when I get cords. from someone else they would be easier to find when all I have is the cords.
