It is going to be a little breezy on Sunday and we didn't exactly burn them up at Clinton last week so I was wondering if anyone has been catching any over 10 at Sangchris?

I went earlier in the week and spent about 5 hours near the dam and caught 7 crappie and some gils.6 of the crappie kept, with the biggest being 12.75.The other 5 were 10.5 to 11.25.Bobber/jig 6 foot deep. When they hit,it was just a slight tick of the cork, you could barely see the movement.I missed several.3 of em were of the blacknose variety.2" blue/white tube is what i caught em on.
"It's not the size of the jig,It's how you use it!!"
you were just fishing in wrong spot sparky lol
I don't know john the fish were there, if the sun was up it might have been a different story.

I fished Sangchris on Thursday. Water is about 48 in the cold water areas. There were about 10 other boats working the cold water. I started in the cove to the left of the East bouy line and caught fish on a jig 15" under a bobber on the ends of laydowns. Caught a few keepers around 10 1/2 doing this but still feel the better fish are deeper on ledges between 15-18'. If the wind will let you, fish the BIG PVC box that the Springfield Club put out. It's about 15' and had fish all over it Thursday. Good luck.
ya need to leave boat home get ya some minners and fish off the north side of dewitt bridge, they been absolutely slaying them there, im headed out that way in bout an hour once i get a baby sitter. just hoping this weather stays a little nasty, the north wind pushes the crappie right up on the rocks there
Oh yes, the big crappie condo. It is slick up here so I hope it warms up so I can get down.
