Clinton yesterday wasn't very good. We fished west side and the water temp was 38.7. Slow bite and a lot of missed bites. There were very few that slammed the jigs, most were caught when you moved your jig and felt the resistance. I think we had 8 over nine and none over 11. Ice in the backs of coves.
