Thread: Cold Crappie

Caught a few today, a lot of short ones but did get a couple of keepers. Was fishing some concrete bridge piers and managed to pull these 2 out:



Was using 1/32nd ounce black and chartreuse jig. These are both a little over 11". Caught a bunch of short ones as well but was a good day even though is was pretty cool out today. Kept having to de-ice the tip and line on occasion. Nothing like having the spot all to yourself for the most part.
