Thread: Crab Orchard 10-31-09

The rain has the lake up somewhat but the color is still good. I didnt catch a big bunch today. I did catch a hord of small ones that I threw back. I kept 17 total with the biggest one a real nice 14" on the nose. Fished to the West mainly...trying to get a block from the west wind. Fish are still holding in 8 to 9 feet over brush and were hitting jigs. Tommorrow the wind isnt supposed to blow real hard so it will be alot easier to fish wherever one wants.

Great mess hopefully the rain is over for a while and things will settle down.

Nice looking catch!! It looks like most of this week will be good for getting out on the water too.

Thanks for the update. I haven't fished crab since August and don't know if I'll even get a chance this fall. We really appreciate the updates......
