Thread: Shelbyville 090809 report - story to follow!

In the picture below I have a fair representation of the Crappie I caught this morning while a guest of crappie24 (not all mine)!

A last minute sort of trip after a marathon three-days of chasing Teal, Geese and doves - with two other fishing excursions thrown in for good measure, one at Rend with Nick and another on a pothole with my host for the Teal opener!

It was a great four days and then I had to go into the office this afternoon and put life in perspective....

Again, story to follow but THANK YOU crappie24!!

Thanks as I went ahead and placed a Coke can in the picture for to some, "size matters."

Actually both ends but they shut down around 11 AM, or at least got VERY slow then, as I had to leave shortly after Noon to get to work so I cannot report on what crappie24 did after I left.

Bob, I ended up stayn till around 5 ish and found some more. I did move back to the north end and found 7 more to go with the eight that i had when we parted ways. All seven of them came 13 ft down on wood. (Minnows):D Thanks for going with! Will have to try again soon....

The pleasure was all mine and I am glad we connected on such short notice.

I did leave you a message last night and am working on that story but work was a REAL PAIN today and just got home....
