Doctors now say I have Rhumatoid Arthritis but for now I have meds that seem to work so all my pain is gone as long as the meds don't kill me. I am on Prednisone, Methotrexate and Folic Acid. I have to get blood work done every 30 days so they can keep an eye on my liver and kidneys.
I have been doing more white bass fishing than crappie so haven't really posted. Last two days I cleaned 397 and done and back home by one o'clock. Not saying where I am getting all these fish but today we had 100 in the cooler before 6:30 AM.
Believe me I would rather be crappie fishing since my hands are shredded from handling and cleaning so many fish. Have been getting a bunch of fish two pounds or bigger though. Have even seen a few three pounds. Those are big white bass in any body of water.
Good to hear Steve---are you getting any walleye under the whites?

Glad your feeling better
They have had me on prednisone before, it sure made me hungry all of the time. I gained 20 real quick. You can get folic acid from eating beans but they sometimes have a side effect.
I don't know if there would be walleye under the whites but I would bet there are big cats for sure.
I sure hope you make a complete recovery.
I know there is walleye under this whites simply because I have read him saying that before. And, couple weeks back when I tore up the whites with a buddie we caught 3 walleye with them...I was just wondering if he was still getting any.

You guys are both right. The walleye follow the whites and so do the catfish. I tell people that want to hire me for a walleye trip we are going white bass fishing to catch the bonus walleye. Unfortunately this late in July the walleye go deeper. I did catch a nice ten pound flat head yesterday on my Blue Fox spinner. Thought that lake record was mine for sure. Looks like Bruce will have it for a while longer. I am on that size of whites though so maybe.
