    Default Shellbyville 7/25/09

Went to Shellbyville this weekend, camped at Eagle Creek, this was the first time to this lake, A little overwhelming but we did manage to find a few fish, this is the only picture I got, (the batteries were dead in the camera) 10 fish short of a 3 man limit

Thanks for the advice birdman and Frank lawhead

Welcome! Glad to see you got onto some fish! Get into any of the white bass?

The only white bass we caught were about 6 inches long it looked like they would have a lot of meat on them and for no bigger than they were they were scrappy.

Hermie, we caught them on minnows 6 feet deep around that flooded brush, tried jigs on friday evening for about 2 1/2 hrs only caught 1 fish (but he was 12 inches)
