WOW...one of my funnest days ever on the lake..buddie and I took his boat out that we now have access to. Started out fishin for crappies and didnt catch much. Had 5 keepers but two were 13 inchers and other 3 were 11 inchers. Then we started lookin for some whites. Couldnt find em and I said "ok, end on a fish and lets get outta here" It was 730. From 730 to 930 pitch black it was fish on every single cast. We were using double jig rigs and we had 26 times we had fish on both jigs. We even caught 4 walleyes with 2 being keepers! He has always been a hunter and not a fisher, but this year I really have took him fishing a lot and he is starting to really like it. He would get to excited catching 5-10 fish a trip and tonight he caught probably 40 or so. He is hooked for sure, he was already askin when we were both off of work again next so we can go again.
