They are doing real good at Carlyle on White Bass. Was over there Friday and a friend got 26 good size ones. I talked to 2 other guys and they had a bunch of them. From what I can tell they are catching them on curlie tail jigs (White). They were fishing around the Island and the silos, point 6 and point1. Look for 8 or 9 foot of water. Will be over there today, will find out more. They are catching them early.
My Son in Law is out right now , not sure if he is fishing for cat's or white bass. I will let you know how he does.

Update, son in law went out this morning, they filled a cooler full, was back before 11am.They were using spinners, spoons, crankbaits, all with jigs tied above. Hope this helps.

Got a chance to get out yesterday. Did some trolling crank baits. Went to the dam, nothing going on. Looks like the lake is turning over. Saw a lot of boats, but not a lot of catching going on. The north end (Keyesport area) looked better. A lot of boats over on the flats by the silos, don't know if they are catching anything. Water should clear up this week.

Yea it was pretty PACKED with the drag boats this weekend, we did manage a few nicer crappie deep into the coves, jigs and minnows was the choice for the day.
