Default New IDNR regulation

I was just at my bass club meeting where they reported a new
emergency regulation for the state of Illinois.

It was reported of a deadly fish virus was found in southern lake Michigan.

They are very concerned with this virus spreading to other bodies of water.

The new regulation is that every boat has to drain all livewells and billage and lower units after exiting any body of water.
All fish caught has to either be cleaned on site or released on site. ( no taking fish home to clean or to put in another body of water)

If anyone else has more info on this please post.
