Thread: Cool Trail Cam Shot

Picture was removed by Rapprunner as it looked as though there may have been some cause for concern as the deer was possibly shot over a bait pile. I only wanted folks to see a cool picture, sorry if it offended anyone. I did not want to create any problems or debate.

That's pretty amazing...I'm sure someone would want that picture. Doubt they'd publish it in a hunting magazine though because of the graphic nature.

Still that's amazing that he got that shot...and what a well placed arrow too.

By the way, is that a pile of corn right there behind it's hind legs? If so, that's not cool.

I personally wouldn't do it even if it were legal in Tennessee, but if it's legal in your state, more power to ya.

Please no debate, I am now sorry I posted the pic. I actually had not noticed the corn, I was too busy looking at the deer.

I am going to edit the first post and remove the picture. Sorry if anyone was offended. I just thought it was a cool pic.

Sorry Rap, I wasn't trying to stir anything up....it's not something that I'm ethically "appauled" at, just something I don't think is sporting and kinda takes some of the amazement out of the "luck of the camera shot" because he had it set up right at the edge of the pile o'corn...

Regardless of that topic, that was a really well placed arrow and amazing graphic. Poor deer...I bet he tasted good though

I apologize for the hijack. I was just kidding. I don't think anyone would be offended by the picture. Most would prolly be amazed by it. It was my fault for changing the direction for this thread and I do apologize.
