Whats the cost for an out of state hunter.

I believe an out of state MS hunting license is around $350

Well, you know the bucks don't seem to grow as big down south as they do in the mid-west. Biggest buck I have seen taken from our club in Bruce, MS was an 11 point with a 20 inch spread, the season before last.
