    Default savage ML2 muzzle loader

Have any of you tried one of the new savage muzzleloaders. mine is camo-stainless and I shoot smokeless powder and a hornady sst bullet. If any of you are thinking about a new gun, you have got to look at these. 50 cal, nikon bdc 250 scope. I've shot 5 since getting it last year and am going to replace the boys' ML with another one.

If you want one that bad, whatever you do, don't look up Randy Wakeman shooting sports or you will be even worse! He has done all the research and tested every bullet and powder combination there is. According to him, all the negative press about using smokeless powder in a muzzleloader is from the black powder and gun manufacturers. It will clearly state that you CANNOT ever use smokeless in a normal ML, but these savages are made for it. I hate the one hour process of cleaning every time I shoot one of my other 4 ML's. I took apart my ML2 just before hunting season and it was as clean as any other rifle and theres no smoke, so you can see what the deer did after the shot. Of the 5 I have killed with it, 4 dropped, one ran 100 yards. Of the blackpowder ML deer I have shot, EVERY single one has ran at least 50 yards and we have lost 2. They just don't kill them as fast. And don't forget the crappy blood trails!!!!!Natchez shooters supply is where I bought mine,,,,ONLINE.
