    Default Son's deer

My son put the smack down on this odd racked buck this morning. I know we all invision killing something worthy of being on the cover of North American Whitetail, but I wouldn't take anything for the excitement he expressed from this hunt.

It's been a good week, I killed my biggest buck with a bow on Wednesday and my son fills his tag this a.m.

Congrats to both of you on your bucks. Sometimes it aint the deer, but the fellowship and excitement on harvesting your buck. Sometimes it's the story behind the buck that's the most memorable. That's a good buck your son has too. Congrats.

The excitement of the hunt is what it's all about. Congrats to the boy on a good hunt.
