Thread: remington 887?

i know this is a new gun that just came out and is based on the 870.my ? is do any of u guys have one of these and if so what do u think? im thinking of buying one this fall/ winter and would like some pros and cons of it. i was told i can get one for 350 bucks in black synthetic from a local dealer here in tn

I haven't shot or handled one, but they had some nice things to say about them in Guns & Ammo a couple months back when they were first released. I would imagine it would handle and perform pretty much exactly like an 870.

$350 sounds like a great deal as well.

Mud I would think that if Remington made it will work. It wioll take a hell of a shotgun to beat the 870. Sounds like the have armorplated the 870.

I know i have used my 870 to paddle and shoot ducks at the same time.
