Savage makes a fine rifle, the AccuTrigger is even better. I think you'll be happy with it.

Hey folks the boy and I took the rifle out wed night and finished gettin it sighted in. Let me tell ya what, for a rifle and scope set up for under $ 400.00 I couldnt be more pleased! this thing is super accurate!!! its very light and I had some concern for recoil even in the 243 but it was a pleasure to shoot, even the boy had a great time shooting and shot up two boxes of shells! now he has to mow the yard some more to earn ammo money:D

I would recommend this gun to anyone looking for a good accurate rifle at an affordable price
