Nice home away from home hunting stand for sure. I have built several through the years myself. Nothing like building it yourself the way you want it. That one should last for many years to come. Thanks for sharing the post and pictures.
Oops I forgot my manners and posted just a little to quick. Thank you for the complement.

Be safe and good luck fishing
Nice stand. Can it not be moved on one piece and stood up when you get it there? For one you have to disassemble you could build the legs and the floor and build each wall separate with a plate at the top and bottom. Stand up the legs and lift each wall and screw bottom plate to the floor. I have made some that way but I usually just build it and move it to the site and stand it up. I have made several with 20' legs and the stand above that.
For the equipment I had available I built it the only way I knew how. All I had to raise it was the ropes and ladders you see in the pics. There was no one to help me and I am 60 years old, that is why I built it the way I did. As a younger man I could have built it in a day but it took me 3 weeks to get it done. Now that it is done I can remove the pony walls assembled and then take down the roof and the frame.
I do however agree that it would be easier to lift it out of the post holes as a single pice and set it on a trailer if I had a trailer and something to lift it with.
Redge LIKED above post

I pulled my 26' stand up with a rope with my truck. I did have a couple of boys on a rope to keep it from going over too far.
