    Default Lanier Report - 4/23

Planned for Allatoona, chickened out and went to Lanier instead. Fished Sixes creek from about 5pm until I got blown off. Caught only 5, but they were NICE!!! (About 2lbs apiece)

I'm not a tournament fisherman, but I sure wished I was last night!

However, for a man who's out to _harvest_, last night didn't do much for filling my freezer. The water was pretty clear (5-6 visability), so that might have had something to do with it.

No real pattern to see, didn't catch a fish in less than 12' of water. Red/chart and black/chart both produced about equally. Going back again tonight to try and find a little more stained water.

Still looking for a limit day in Georgia....
