Had too many things going on this weekend, so I had to fish in shift:Ds..We didn't catch any great numbers but did manage to pull in some real nice fish Saturday morning trolling in Boy Scout Creek. We found most of them in 7-11 fow trolling at 1.0-1.2 mpg. Yellow jigs seemed to be a good color for us and yellow/white with a red tail(Bad Blood) worked very good. Bite was slow Saturday afternoon for us but there were some reports of drifting minnows in the back of the creeks about 3-4 ft under a cork was productive. The water is till stained up and the temp averaged around the 70 degree mark. The lilly pads are starting to open up and with a few more warmer mornings the Shellcrackers should start up. A few of them also showed up this weekend. Was good to meet Bulldog1 at the lake this weekend. Also on the way home, I had the opportunity to meet Papasage for the first time. Was a pleasure to meet both of these gentlemen this weekend.
