Thread: Hopsings In The House! -Nice Green Carp Pics

My buddy and I went to a private pond today and stuck a few good ones this mornin. I haven't been going lately, still battling some health issues, but I'm doing alot better. My old crappie pond is under new ownership and I'm still trying to get permission to go back. I got invited to go to a private pond to bass fish so I thought I'd give it a try. I started off this morning with a plastic worm, but switched to some crank baits after I noticed the birds were feeding on shad that them large lips were running to the surface. I did catch one fish that I wanted to weigh and I have 3 sets of scales but had none in the boat. (All fish were caught and released.)

Very nice fish even for bass!! LOL!! I would have a hard time releasing the one in the first picture.
