Thread: Updates on Sinclair & Oconee

I am going friday and saturday. Anyone with any recent updates from Sinclair and/or Oconee give me some feedback. Thanks.

I'll be on oconee saturday PD. Hope we can find a few for the skillet.

i'm also going friday(sinclair). i'll post my results. have not heard any recent reports.

could be that it has been as cold as a witches t&&&& and no one wanted to go out

just got back from sinclair. we trolled the crooked creek area and ended up with about 25 with a few stripers mixed in. never really saw a pattern but all the fish we caught and marked on the depthfinder were in the 14 to 17' range. i thought they would have been deeper and they may have been but they did not bite for us.

Decided not to try the Dead sea(Oconee) tomorrow PD. Gonna try my luck on the hill instead.

Good Luck Craig...One of these days I am gonna make it over there...But I am thinking about riding around a little while Sunday at Oconee. I aint got a clue where to start

Only fish i've heard of being caught on oconee were in the mouth of sugar creek Tim and that still wasn't many. For over a month I haven't talked to anyone that has boated more than 15 in a day on oconee. That winter bite just isn't going to happen this year I reckon.

Sinclair has been hot from what I've hear, everyone says you can catch all you want there but they will be 7-10" for the most part.
