Be sure to plan ahead when you get ready to purchase a new license this year, as there are very few places you can purchase them locally. Best way is either go online at Georgia DNR - Wildlife Resources Division
or call 1-800-366-2661.
How much did they go up for this outsourceing service ? I see a 2.75 conveinance fee for using plastic.
Flint River Guide Service - flintriverguide.com
The prices were the same for everything I purchased a few months ago. Just have the conv. fee tacked on. Its worth $2.75 to me to be able to purchase/print them at home.
Even if you find a dealer that sells them, the charges still apply and the dealer gets $.50 to sell them.

They offered it to dealers but it is the same as you doing it online. They pay the dealer only $.50 to run it and it is very time consuming. Plus if the person wants to put it on their credit card, the credit card fees are way more than the money they are paid.
