Now that the Navionics 09' is out, does anyone know where the best place is to buy the Navionics 08' Premium?

Tim, Cabelas has the Hotmaps Premium 2008 for $99.00. I will check about the 2009 for a rebate cupon. I got $50.00 rebate on my 2008 last July.

I have an o8 Platinum that I am looking to replace with the 09. dont think that it is out yet. I will make you a deal if I can find the 09.
Cabelas has the 09 for 149.00.

Tim- the 09 has part of Talquin in HD and the 08 does not. Oops looks like we posted at the same time
Never mind Henry...My GPS will not accept the Platinum...Only the Premium![]()

I don't know anything about Talquin, but the Navionics guy told me the reason was there were some areas that were too stumpy for them to get to. You might want to look at someones 09 before you decide. Is anyone running the hot maps on a handheld unit?

I looked at an 09 Demo at BPS in Macon last Friday and was dissapointed with the lack of detail. The older LEI East had more detail. The new 09 has 14,000 lakes and I only fish six and the new chip is very dissapointing. Just my opinion. Danny Hamilton at BPS in Macon is very knowledgeable on all chips if you can stop in and see him or call him.
I am going to August tomorrow. Will check them out. I want the 09 platinum that is compatable with the 967 3D. It is suppose to have Blackshear and Harding. I have the HD for my 987SI.
