Question White or Black or Both?

I got to thinking and couldn't remember which lakes I had caught both white and black crappie. I know Blackshear has both black's and white's. I think I have out of Harding (Bartlett's Ferry). I need some input from ya'll. Which lakes around our area have you caught only blacks, whites, or both. Thanks.

I have caught some[whites] on lanier believe it or not but it doesn't happen to often. I will catch mabie one every two years. Have never caught them on oconee or west point but at the crappiemasters tournament on west point one of the big fish was a white.

Clarks Hill has both. Love catching those whites in the winter.

Just like DI said, Clarks Hill is blessed with both, and so is Russell and Hartwell. From what I've read, white crappie do best in muddy or stained water lakes while the blacks thrive in clear water. When I do catch a white (and they are usually large ones for some reason) it is often in the back of a creek and in water with some color to it.
