Tightline minnows near the bottom on river ledges this time of year. 25-30 ft has been hot. Talquin is well worth the drive though. Much better fishing.

When you fish out of Wingates, are you fishing near the bottom in the deep or near the edges? THANKS

Right now you probably need to be pretty deep, normally I find fish on my depth finder ,note depth they are at in deep water and drop jigs or minnows or both, right to them and hopefully they'll tear it up.
