Lake Sinclair Fishing Report 3/1-3/2/2008
My brother Black Cloud and I shot docks on Sinclair Saturday and Sunday. We fished down around Twin Bridges and worked our way back home up near Little River Park. Early in the morning we fished the sunny side ( looking for more shade under docks) and it was slow. About 11:00-12:00 things picked up. Had to get a little more sun, shade and warmth. We kept 29 GOOD keepers on Saturday and ended up with close to the same on Sunday. Everybody and their brother were trolling on both days and catching DINKS. I bought several hundred dollars worth of trolling equipment, but I just can't get off my dock shooting addiction long enough to set the boat up for trolling. They seemed to like white ICE Fin-S shad or any variation of white. My brother was fishing with a horse head jig and different white grubs. I stuck with the white Fin-S Ice shad. We were able to stay out of the wind most of the day and what a beautiful two days of fishing it was.

Hawk sounds like you guys had a good weekend, Dock shooting has always been a good one for Sinclair. I was taking a break from trollin one day and slipped a minnow under a dock while eaten a sandwich ,sat right there caught 30 nice ones under that dock, couldn't even eat my sandwich.
