Default This past weekend at Talquin

Got back in last night from Talquin...Fish bit slow in general, but we caught some Hawgs. But when they turned on, it was awesome for a while..The hot spot this weekend seemed to mainly be at the Iron Curtain and a lot of fish around Williams Landing...Water temp was around 58 degrees...So many different people that caught limits,or close to their limit, were fishing with a variety of colors(too many to remember)...Some had lead on lines and some just had a 1/16 oz jig only...Both techniques worked...They were fishing in depths of 18-30 foot of water..Just had to experiment and see what was working at the location we were at..Weather was good, but got windy today with white caps...Fishing really picking up there and cant wait to get back down there in 2 weeks!!
