    Default Fish-arama, Perry

SOMEONE MADE A COMMENT TO ME TODAY THAT HE WAS GLAD TO SEE THE FISHING TACKLE BACK AT THE SHOW. CRAPPIE FISHERMEN SHOULD HAVE A GOOD SELECTION AND SOME VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES. I SAW 4 VENDORS IN THE McGILL BUILDING ALONE THAT, HAD PINNACLE/SILSTAR CRAPPIE POLES FOR SALE. OTHER BRANDS INCLUDE BnM, WALLY MARSHALL, HT, AND SOME I DID NOT RECOGONIZE.

AT LEAST 5 VENDORS IN THE McGILL BUILDING HAVE CRAPPIE FISHING TACKLE. I HAVE NOT HAD TIME TO LOOK IN THE HERITAGE HALL FOR CRAPPIE VENDORS.

Must be the same 5 vendors they had at last years show...selling high priced USED junk and little or no crappie stuff

Thanks, but I'll pass this year . Now if you was looking for beanie babies, turkey hunting stuff and or an outfitter they had them all over the place.

I'll save my money and go to the Crappie Shop in Gray or order it online.

I agree with Dutch the CRAPPIE SHOP in Gray has about anything you need for crappie fishing and a whole lot better prices than I've seen anywhere. Let alone all the bull Steve has. He loves to talk crappie and will help you anyway he can.

Rag... I'm not a vendor but I'm pretty sure Monk is there this year. I do order several times a year from him though. I use steve some too(his heads are way too expensive though) but I mainly order from Drifters and Monks. I've built my jig collection up to 10 big trays of all jigs so now I'm just in restocking what I use mode so I dont buy many jigs anymore but I do buy 300-400 heads/year from monks. His 1/16 and 1/32 oz triangle heads will run deeper than any other head I've found so I dont mind recommending him to others.

    Thumbs down Weak Show!

I live in Perry and have been to the Fisharama every year since it began. I was there today and really disappointed. One vendor has a bunch of Kalins and tripple ripples and also had drift master rigs. The smallest show ever....I'll be leavin for Talquin next Thursday to fish the 14-18th.

Tobo in the morning to check out the boat.

    New to the post....B
