Anybody going this weekend? Just wondering if it will be worth the time and money.Last time I went there wasn't much to it.
Hammer, the Fish-a-rama is definately a waste of time and money.
Thanks Rusty for calling it like it is. I've got to many friends that say the same thing

Long time ago it used to be something to look forward to with all kind of great deals. Like I have said before when they charge a vendor $450 for a 10 x 10 space and charge visitors $8.00 to get in it just ain't worth it. Look how they treated GON. GON was responsible for most of the people that attended.
450 for a booth is just crazy, it takes a lot of baits to be sold to recoup that money and most wont sell that much. Bigger ticket items could afford to do it but they have pushed out most smaller manufactures from attending
I agree. Went several times, but it kept being the same old stuff. Drive to Gray to the Crappie Shop, go on-line, or buy some great productive lures from our friends that post on Crappie.com. It has not been worth the drive(I live just 1 hrs. away), the admission price or the time you spend there.
I've never been to the fisharama but would suspect it's about as bad as the buckarama from what all I have heard over the years.Seems it's all about guides up north and least about bargains. For me, it's not worth the 100 mile trip. I'd rather go to Academy Sports that's 35 miles away first.
I'd rather just go to the lake and fish!!

Looks like you guys have busted my bubble. I was hoping to see something worthwhile. Guess I'll make other plans.
To heck with work, lets go fishing.
If you have never been, have the money and time, by all means go. You can decide for yourself if it was worth it.
