A friend and I fished Lake Sinclair yesterday. We started about 9:30 am and fished until 2:30.We had a limit of crappie 8 inches and larger, some in the 1 to 1 1/2 lb.We were fishing the Oconee river arm of the lake. All fish were caught shooting docks.

I was up there sunday and had some success shooting docks but i guess a few more days of warm weather had them hunting for the cover of the docks. Were you fishing docks on the main river on in the coves and creeks off the main river channel? What depth docks or did it matter?

Mostly on the main river docks 7 or 8 foot deep with deeper water near by.Look for water temp around 55 degrees.
