Ran into "The Man" on the lower Flint today . We got to talking and after he loaded his stick steering boat up, he showed me a "Rock Hopper" guard that was installed on his lower unit.He seemed very impressed with that application as far as protecting his lower unit and prop went concerning rocks.I asked him where they got them at and he told me Cabela's.I never saw one before or maybe I just never noticed, but for those of you running the "rocks" you might want to check into them if your like me and never noticed them before.Kind of works like the Go Devils do ...... kicks the lower unit up and rides over a rock,stumps or whatever.
