Talking reelcrappie, ragfly, here is the pic.

    ya reckon he enjoyed it???
some were still in the livewell!:D

Guys I don't post pics of catches often because my camera is not in working order. That is the guy I took on a trip 5/1/07. Nothing over 1 pound but 5/2 I had 3 over 1.5#. We are throwing back anything less than 10" unless it is gut hooked. We started at about 2pm. Weather was hottest day on record here for 5/1
The past few weeks I have had a limit on each and every trip. I have been going 3-4 times per week. The green bass are killing me too. Had a 2 and a 4 pound monday. I have been in crappie heaven the past few months. I never want it to end.

    Birddog,

I pray that I may live to fish until my dying day. And when it comes to my last cast I then most humbly pray. When in the Lord's great landing net and peacefully asleep. That in His mercy I be judged, BIG ENOUGH TO KEEP.

I don't know about all that, Rusty. I'm just a southern boy that listened to what his mama taught him.
When I was a teen and felt that first thump of the jig I was in love(addicted) to crappie fishing. That is why I want slabfest to grow so younguns can learn the thrill.
