Thread: Slabfest Enterainment?

Hello fellow Georgia Crappie.com families. I was wondering if ya'll would like to have some gospel singing like we did at the last slabfest. If the majority doesn't mind I will try and get that same duo to come back. Ya'll let me know what you think. GOD bless.

Great idea, ragfly. I really enjoyed them at the last slabfest at blackshear. To bad mudturtle can't be at this one. I could sing. Bet you didn't know that I used to sing professionally, did you? Yep, I used to tour for Wurlitzer juke box company. I'd go from bar to bar and if the jukebox quit playing I'd jump up and start singing. People would rush over to the jukebox and put money in it just to shut me up. Just thought I'd offer.

This being my first slabfest that I will attend, I would like to hear some good old Gospel singing. Looking forward to meeting a lot of the people that I see post on here.

Schief79, I guarantee you will have a good time. The folks that Ragfly is talking about can really sing, nice folks too. The campground is nice and real quite and well kept. The lake is great, just a really great place to camp and fish. Looking forward to seeing you.

Reelcrappie said the campground was real quite. Well that is true except early in the morning when the singing boater rides past the campsites. Other than that you will have a great time. I sure wish I could be there.
